Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding Business Studies lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5
• Inspire and academically drive students through advanced teaching methods
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental best practice
• Prepare pupils for formative and summative assessment, with clear and tailored academic goals
• Engage fully with the school ethos and community, including co-curricular and enrichment opportunities

• A qualified teacher with QTS/QTLS and/or equivalent experience teaching Business Studies
• Experience leading lessons at GCSE and A-Level
• Committed to high standards, with tailored individual development plans for pupils
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Willingness to support the broader ethos and values of an independent school environment
