Job Description - Business Support Admin

Business Support Administrator

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your organisational skills and initiative are highly valued? Are you a proactive problem-solver with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Business Support Administrator to provide dedicated support to a Senior Manager within our Panels team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous PA experience to utilise their skills in a dynamic and rewarding role.

This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility of both office and home working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to a Senior Manager.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel arrangements.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting materials.
  • Proactively track and monitor progress on key projects and initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Use initiative and problem-solving skills to anticipate and resolve issues.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident and assertive approach.
  • Proactive and able to work independently, using initiative to solve problems and make decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
