• ?? Collect, sort, allocate, record, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents, correspondence, parcels, and archive boxes - all while following manual handling and company policies like a pro.
• ?? Investigate, trace, and resolve returned or mis-delivered post to ensure it finds its rightful home.
• ??? Prepare and complete high-volume mailings, scanning, and copying tasks with precision and flair, ensuring compliance with quality and service standards.
• ?? Calculate, check, reconcile, and report charges to ensure accurate allocation to departmental budgets - because every penny counts!
• ??? Check, replenish, record, and perform routine maintenance on office machinery and equipment to keep everything running smoothly and safely.
• ?? Know when to raise the flag and escalate issues to keep operations on track.
