Job Title: Business Support Administrator
Location: Hounslow
Rate: £18.28 per hour (£35,646 PRO RATA)
Contract Type: Temporary (3-Year Contract)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Support Administrator to support a large-scale project based in Hounslow. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on compliance, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process background checks and security clearances
• Collect and verify employment references for new starters
• Liaise with external departments and security authorities
• Arrange interviews and prepare briefing materials
• Issue security passes in line with compliance procedures

• Work closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers to schedule and manage permits
• Ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant with company regulations

Requirements

• Experience in a similar administrative, security, or compliance role
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and external agencies
• Strong MS Office and General IT Skills

Additional Information

• This is a full-time temporary role with a 3-year duration
• All candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and pass required security checks
