• Provide direct administrative support to Heads of Services and/or Directors, managing emails, diaries, and ensuring preparedness for all engagements.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism.
• Support the Business Support Team in working flexibly to meet the varying needs of the directorate.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance business support processes and practices.
• Participate in diverse projects, communications, and events to support personal and professional development.

• Demonstrated ability to embody the 'Our Manchester' behaviours in both personal and professional settings.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organisation and with external partners.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing demands, and deliver high-quality support.
• Experience in managing complex diaries and decision-making.

• Proficiency in using management information systems and producing high-quality communication materials.
