Business Support Officer - 12 Month FTC

Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for a Business Support Officer for a client of ours based in Stockport. Our client is a large organisation that supports victims of domestic violence.

Location: Stockport
Contract type: FTC 12 months
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Salary: £23,575.19 per annum
Main duties and responsibilities

• Experienced in working in an office administration role
• Computer literate with experience of using Microsoft and Excel packages
• Highly organised, able to prioritise concurrent tasks and meet deadlines
• An excellent communicator, written and verbal
• Strongly attentive to detail and able to work well under pressure
• Able to adopt and actively promote the vision and values of the organisation
• Experienced in working in an office administration role
• Computer literate with experience of using Microsoft and Excel packages
• Proactive and able to work well within a small team
• Highly organised, able to prioritise concurrent tasks and meet deadlines

Person Specification

• Minimum education of GCSE Maths and English.
• Thorough knowledge of and confidence in using general IT functions.
• Working in an Office Administration role..
• Managing meetings including accurate minute taking.
• Supporting recruitment processes including onboarding.
• Data entry including personnel records and financial information.
• Using spreadsheets, software and/or databases to record information and deliver reports.
