Job Description - Business Support Officer

Job Title: Business Support Officer

Employment Type: Temporary

Duration:16 Weeks

Hours Per Week: 35

Job Location: Ilford, Greater London

Rate: £15.63 per hour

Job Description:

My client is seeking a detail-oriented Business Support Officer to provide short-term administrative and finance-related. This is a finance-focused role suited to someone with excellent organisational skills and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage incoming communications through a shared mailbox
  • Process invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Liaise with external providers to request and chase outstanding invoices
  • Maintain accurate records and follow internal financial procedures
  • Provide general administrative support as required

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong administrative background, ideally within a finance or business support setting
  • Experience handling invoices and payments
  • Confident using Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
