The Role:
We are looking for a motivated Business Teacher to deliver engaging and high-quality lessons at KS3 and KS4 levels. In this Temp to Perm role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering business studies lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to the wider school community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver Business Studies lessons that cater to the abilities of all students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to enhance learning outcomes.
• Develop engaging resources and lesson plans to ensure a dynamic learning environment.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes student participation and enthusiasm for business subjects.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings and school initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following minimum criteria:
• Experience: At least 1 year of teaching experience in a secondary school, with a strong understanding of the Business Studies curriculum.
• Qualifications: A relevant degree in Business, Economics, or a related subject, along with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Training: Experience in classroom management and differentiated instruction.
Skills:
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to engage with Business Studies.
