Job Description - C Suite Executive Assistant - 12m FTC

Meraki Talent are working with a global Financial Services firm who are looking for a C Suite EA on a 12m FTC basis with the potential to go perm.

This role is based in the office 5 days per week in the City.

Candidates MUST have recent experience within Financial Services

C Suite Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

Extensive diary management, coordinating meetings across global time zones
Handling complex travel arrangements, including visas and itineraries
Managing expenses and financial reporting with meticulous accuracy
Preparing high-quality presentations, reports, & correspondence
Acting as a trusted liaison, managing key stakeholder relationships
Supporting with board-level meetings, taking minutes and ensuring follow-ups

Person Specification:

Proven experience supporting C Suite Executives within Financial Services
Proficient in MS Office packages
Strong attention to detail
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Discreet, proactive, and adaptable, with excellent problem-solving skills
