Your Role as Cabin Crew:

Ensure passenger safety and comfort.

Provide exceptional customer service.

Manage in-flight sales, cash handling, and promote onboard products.

What we want from you:

Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every passenger has a smooth and enjoyable journey.

Strong communicator, confident in interacting clearly and professionally with all passengers.

Warm, approachable, and professional, always maintaining a polished appearance.

Confident in public speaking, delivering safety demos and assisting passengers effortlessly.

Essential Requirements for the role:

18+ years old with an arm reach of 210 cm (on tiptoes).

Fluent English (spoken & written).

Educated to at least GCSE or A Level standard or an equivalent high school diploma.

Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).

Ability to swim and meet medical requirements.

Right to live and work in the UK.

Willing to relocate within 90 minutes of Luton Airport or Gatwick Airport.

No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.

The estimated gross On Target Earnings (O.T.E) is £23,450 (basic of £18,000 per annum + Variable Pay (Sector Pay & Flight Commission) based on completed flights).

Paid training and 28 days of paid holidays per calendar year.

No upfront costs for Cabin Crew training and free set of uniform every 18 months.
