Call Centre experience or Social Care understanding with the elderly - essential
Excellent communication and computer skills
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle - required at all times (mileage paid)
Enhanced DBS check for Adults - mandatory
Handle emergency calls from vulnerable residents 24/7 via telecare alarm system
Respond to emergencies, including:
On-site visits to customer homes during the night
Lifting uninjured individuals using provided specialist equipment (training given)
Perform safe and well checks for vulnerable community members
Install and maintain telecare alarm equipment in homes
Mix of office-based and mobile/community-based duties
