Juice Recruitment is on the lookout for confident, professional, and proactive Receptionists / Front of House Coordinators to support a range of clients across Bristol.

We are currently working with a number of high-end office spaces and businesses seeking reliable and friendly reception support for ad hoc dates, holiday cover, and ongoing temporary assignments.

As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and professional welcome for employees, visitors, and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests and managing sign-ins with a friendly and professional manner
• Maintaining a tidy and well-presented reception area
• Managing meeting room bookings and notifying relevant staff of arrivals
• Supporting with day-to-day office coordination
• Handling general administrative tasks including answering calls, managing post, and responding to enquiries
• Assisting with office events and supply management as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Previous front-of-house, reception, or admin experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A can-do attitude with great organisational ability
• Professional presentation and a positive, approachable manner
• Comfortable using email, phones, and basic office tech
