Join our CAMHS team as a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner, supporting young people experiencing mental health challenges. Your key responsibilities will include:

? Conducting mental health assessments, risk evaluations, and care planning.
? Providing therapeutic interventions and crisis support to children, young people, and families.
? Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, schools, and external agencies.
? Supporting crisis management, safeguarding, and relapse prevention strategies.
? Maintaining accurate clinical records and contributing to service development.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

? A professional qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy.
? Experience working in CAMHS or a similar mental health setting.
? Strong assessment and risk management skills.
? Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
