Lloyd Recruitment Services is working with a well-regarded organisation on the outskirts of Horley in search of a Campaign Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a great opportunity for a creative and results-focused marketer to get involved in a range of integrated campaigns for a well-known consumer brand.

About the Role:

In this contract role, you'll support the planning and delivery of brand and acquisition-focused marketing activity across both digital and traditional channels. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll contribute to campaigns designed to grow awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of cross-channel marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth delivery
• Oversee aspects of paid media and monitor campaign performance
• Use data and insights to inform future activity and optimise results
• Maintain brand consistency and compliance across all communications

What We're Looking For:

• Marketing experience in a campaign or brand-focused role
• Confident working with digital media, including paid social and PPC
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to interpret performance data and contribute ideas
• A marketing qualification or equivalent experience is beneficial
