Job Description - C&F HUB Team Manager

? Locum Team Manager – Children & Families Hub (MASH) ? ?? Location: Bromley (Hybrid – 2 days in the office per week)
? Contract: 3 months (potential to extend)
?? Pay Rate: Up to £45.20 per hour
Are you a skilled and passionate Team Manager with MASH experience looking for your next locum opportunity? We’re recruiting for a vital role in Bromley’s Children and Families Hub, leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced, multi-agency safeguarding environment.
?? Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a MASH team supporting vulnerable children and families.
Coordinate multi-agency safeguarding referrals and decision-making.
Ensure the timely and effective delivery of services in line with statutory guidance.
Drive best practices in information sharing, risk assessment, and threshold application.

? What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Team Manager within a MASH or similar safeguarding setting.
Strong understanding of multi-agency safeguarding processes.
Ability to lead under pressure in a busy and high-demand environment.
Social Work qualification and Social Work England registration are essential.
