About the Role: Our client, a leading car showroom, is seeking a dynamic and personable individual to join their team as a Temporary Ad Hoc Car Showroom Receptionist. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and has a passion for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about vehicles and services
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Schedule appointments and manage the showroom calendar
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
