• Minimum of 1 year of UK experience in a similar support role.
• Experience working directly in a care home and with dementia and/or learning disabilities.
• Driving license preferred.
• SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
