Care Broker

We’re looking for an organised, proactive Care Broker to join a busy, friendly Social Services team in Wrexham.

Job Title: Care Broker
Location: Wrexham (Hybrid - min 2 days/week in office)
Rate: £18.50 per hour (umbrella)
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities:

• Arrange and broker care packages for adults and children across various services
• Liaise with care providers, social workers and finance teams

• Accurately process care plan information

• Source care options and conduct checks via regulatory websites and other authorities

Requirements:

• NVQ level 2 in Business Admin or Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Strong admin experience in a busy office
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and IT skills
