• Provide personalised career advice and coaching to clients.
• Assist clients with CVs, cover letters, and job applications.
• Conduct workshops on employability skills and career development.
• Help individuals identify their strengths, interests, and career goals.
• Stay informed about labour market trends and opportunities to provide up-to-date advice.

• Proven experience in career guidance, coaching, or employability support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, empathetic, and client-focused approach.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 4 IAG or equivalent) are highly desirable.
