Aspire People is currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Careers Advisor to join a vibrant secondary school located in the B12 area of Birmingham. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, offering the opportunity to make a real impact on students' futures.

Key Responsibilities:
?? Deliver one-to-one and group careers guidance sessions
?? Assist students with CV writing, job applications, and interview preparation
? Support college, apprenticeship, and university applications
?? Help organise career events, employer visits, and workshops

Requirements:
? Proven experience in a careers guidance or advisory role (school experience preferred)
??? Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service
?? Able to provide references covering the last 2 years of employment
?? Available to start immediately on a full-time basis
