Job Title: Carer - Home Care
Salary: £13.68 - £14.50 per hour

We are preparing for a new contract that will last for 4 years for the supply of home care workers throughout Essex County, = Basildon, Braintree, Brentwood, Basildon, Braintree, Brentwood, Castlepoint, Chelmsford, Colchester, Epping Forest, Harlow, Maldon, Rochford, Tendring & Uttlesford.

Job Description:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team, providing care at home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance
• Build positive relationships with clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client’s condition
• Follow care plans and work closely with other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Previous Care experience
• Enhanced DBS
• Mandatory training Certificates
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care
