Facilities Assistant wanted for an exciting opportunity
Location: Bristol
Length: Temporary
Hours: Monday – Friday (37 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
• Provide maintenance support within a commercial environment
• Responsible for clearing out all residential bin stores and carrying out litter picking
• Complete a variety of non-skilled works including minor plumbing, electrics and carpentry
• Responsible for carrying out reactive tasks such as hanging notice boards and changing lightbulbs and batteries
• Maintain the grounds/garden areas
• Responsible for testing emergency equipment such as lighting and fire equipment on a cyclical basis

Requirements:
• Experience of general maintenance duties, preferably within a commercial environment
• Please note, an Enhanced DBS check will be required for this position
