Caretaker

We are currently looking for a school caretaker to start as soon as possible for a prestigious school in Chiswick, W4. As a school caretaker you will be required to manage and maintain the school premises, ensuring they are clean, safe, secure, and well maintained.

Please see below responsibilities of the role:

• Facility Setup: Assist with setting up facilities like chairs and tables.
• Grounds Maintenance: Handle pre-planned maintenance, daily requirements, and arising issues. Litter collection around the school sites.
• Hazard Monitoring and Minor Repairs: Monitor premises for hazards, carry out repairs, or report issues.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all plant and equipment are maintained to the required standard.
• Refurbishments: Assist with organizing school refurbishments.
• Porterage: Provide porterage services around the school sites.
• Health and Safety: Ensure adherence to the school's Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
• Supervision of contractors: Escort and supervise contractors around the school grounds when required.
