Job Title: Estates Assistant

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Salary: From £13.68 per hour

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Estates Assistant to join our team at a secondary school in Cardiff. The successful candidate will be responsible for general caretaking duties, ensuring the school premises are well-maintained and safe for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• General caretaking and maintenance of school facilities
• Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the school environment
• Assisting with minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• Supporting the school in various operational duties as required

Requirements:

• Must have an enhanced DBS check or be willing to undergo one
• A skill or trade is desirable
• The ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not essential
