Caretaker

Location: North West London

We are seeking dedicated and experienced school caretakers for several schools in the North West London area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a school caretaker / facilities assistant / caretaker / maintenance operative and would be available immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grounds Maintenance: Perform pre-planned maintenance, address daily requirements, and handle arising issues including litter collection around the school sites.
• Hazard Monitoring and Minor Repairs: Monitor premises for hazards, carry out repairs, or report issues as necessary.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all plant and equipment are maintained to the required standard.
• Refurbishments: Assist with organising school refurbishments.
• Health and Safety: Adhering to the school's Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
• Supervision of Contractors: Escort and supervise contractors around the school grounds when required.
