Caretaker

We are currently looking for a Caretaker. You will be working in East or North London depending which one is closer.

Monday - Friday

08:00am - 16:00pm

Temp Contract - Ongoing

Pay rate - £13.58ph paye or £17.02ph umbrella

Job Purpose

• To work with the Resident Services Teams and residents to ensure that estates are maintained to a high standard and kept in a clean condition.
• To provide a local, visible and accessible point of contact with the tenants and residents, providing a timely response to issues and problems that arise
