Caretaker

Job Title: Full-Time Caretaker (Temporary Contract)
Location: TW Hounslow Area
Contract: Temporary – Minimum 2 Months (Subject to Extension)
Pay Rate: £13.58 per hour (PAYE)

My client, an established Housing Association is currently seeking a hands-on, experienced Caretaker to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong caretaking background who is flexible, reliable, and ready to support multiple sites across the TW Hounslow area.

• General caretaking duties across residential sites
• Supporting the relief team by covering multiple locations as needed
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
• Reporting repairs and maintenance issues

Requirements:

• Previous caretaking experience is essential
• Must be physically able and hands-on
• Full UK driving licence required – this role involves travel between sites
• A Basic DBS check is required (can be applied for on offer)
• A company van will be provided after the first 2 weeks (can be taken home overnight)
