Typical Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Repairs:

  Performing general repairs, basic DIY tasks, and coordinating with external contractors for more complex work.

• Cleaning and Upkeep:

  Maintaining the cleanliness of communal areas, including potentially plant rooms and boilers.

• Security:

  Ensuring the security of the building or site, including opening and securing the premises.

• Health and Safety:

  Adhering to health and safety procedures, including COSHH regulations and fire safety checks.

• Communication and Customer Service:

  Responding to resident queries and concerns, and liaising with staff, contractors, and other stakeholders.
