School Caretaker Roles - Liverpool - ASAP Start

Location: Across Liverpool
Start Date: Immediate
Type: Long-term, Full-time
Pay: £14.50- 16.50/ hour (based on experience)

We are working with several schools across Liverpool who are in urgent need of experienced caretakers to start immediately in long-term roles.

• Opening and locking the school premises.
• Basic repairs and maintenance.
• Health & safety checks and record-keeping.
• Ensuring the site is clean, safe, and secure at all times.
• Liaising with contractors and school leadership.
• Ground maintenance and general upkeep of facilities.

• Previous care taking/site maintenance experience (preferably in a school or public setting).
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• A valid Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (or be willing to apply for one).
• A proactive, hands-on approach.

• Experience with alarm systems, heating systems, or key holding.
• DIY or trade background.
• Facilities/maintenance qualifications.
