What You'll Do:
As our Caretaker/Cleaner, you will be the heart of our facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting space for our residents and visitors. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Performing general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising common areas.
• Maintaining cleanliness in both indoor and outdoor spaces.
• Assisting with waste disposal and recycling efforts.
• Conducting minor maintenance tasks and reporting any repairs needed.
• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed at all times.
