We're currently recruiting for a Caretaker / Cleaner to join a busy housing organisation in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in caretaking, cleaning, or property management to step into a hands-on, active role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning communal areas in residential blocks (social housing and leasehold)

• Sweeping car parks, mopping floors, and general estate upkeep

• Managing bin rotation and keeping storage sheds tidy

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in caretaking, cleaning, or property maintenance

• A proactive and reliable attitude

• Available for an immediate start
