Cargo accounts & customer services CASS - Contract

We are recruiting for an airline based at Heathrow who are seeking and accounts / invoice billing clerk to join their team at Heathrow.

This is a 12 month contract initially *

- Invoicing for internal and external customers

- Use of CASS system

- Monitoring charges as per air waybill

- Assisting customers with cargo reservations

- Deal with customer enquires

- Prepare flight & truck plans for GHA

- Assist accounts department with general admin

The working hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am -17.30pm

Previous experience and strong understanding of cargo / airline business is required, use of CASS previously is also preferred however not essential if you do have the invoice billing experience.
