Job Description - Carpenter

Our Client in Southampton are looking to add an experienced Carpenter to their team. You will be based in the Southampton area working as part of our client’s property maintenance teams.

The Working Hours will be:
Monday – Friday
08:00-16:30

The Pay Rate will be:
£22 LTD Per Hour + Vehicle and Uniform

Responsibilities include:

You will be responsible for general carpentry maintenance and improvements to domestic and untenanted properties.
Working with bathroom, kitchen and other required areas to deliver high quality work exceeding minimum industry standard quality.
Delivering the highest quality maintenance joinery work.

Candidate Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry.
2 Years Experience
Social Housing Experience Desirable.
Full UK Driving License
