Case Maker

The Role

Our client based in Blyth is looking for an experienced Case Maker/Packer to work in Warehousing and Timber Packaging Manufacturing.

An experienced joiner that has worked on timber frames may be considered for this position.

Key Skills & Duties

• Using power tools and hand tools including pneumatic nail guns
• Reading and following production drawings to interpret information
• Various cutting machines
• Operate forklift trucks and overhead cranes

Requirements

This is predominantly a day shift position; however, you will be required to work shifts and weekends when necessary. Overtime will also be required to cover the needs of the business.

Our business is located across four sites, so a full driving license is essential.

Remuneration

Key operations from Blyth include the handling of warehoused goods and the daily distribution of cargo to all destinations with a focus on Scotland and the North of England as well as specialist services related to customs and excise procedures.
