Case Officer

Case Officer/ HR Business Partner
Location: Birmingham preferred (London considered)
Contract: 6-month contract
Day Rate: Up to £534.50/day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days per week in office)

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a high-volume ER case portfolio from start to close
• Providing clear, legally compliant HR advice and documentation
• Supporting line managers through structured processes
• Recording and reporting on case progress using internal systems
• Supporting consultation and change processes as required

Essential experience and attributes:

• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR case management procedures
• Proven experience in a case-focused HR role within a large or complex organisation
• Ability to work at pace, managing multiple concurrent cases efficiently
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model with occasional travel if required
• Experience of working within a level 2 HR tiered service model desirable
