Description

• Process and allocate incoming customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile discrepancies in payment records and liaise with relevant teams for resolution.
• Maintain and update financial records within the internal systems.
• Provide support to the Accounting & Finance team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to address payment-related queries.
• Deliver excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Cash Allocation Clerk should have:

• Experience in cash allocation or a similar role.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with team members and stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Job Offer

• An hourly rate of approximately £12.60 to £15.40, depending on experience.
