Job Description - CASS Programme Manager

CASS Programme Manager – Safeguarding
Location: London | Edinburgh | Hybrid
Day Rate: £900–£1100
Duration: 6 months+

A well-established UK Fintech will be kicking off a firm-wide Safeguarding transformation programme – and we’re looking to connect with experienced Programme Managers who can deliver end-to-end change across tech, people, and process.

You’ll lead the design and implementation of a robust CASS/Safeguarding control framework, working across business lines to ensure full regulatory alignment.

The Role:
  • Delivering an enterprise-level Safeguarding (CASS) Programme
  • Partnering with product, tech, operations, compliance, and exec leadership
  • Driving structural change, governance, and reporting frameworks
  • Managing key internal and regulatory stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven track record of delivering CASS/Safeguarding change in financial services as a Programme Manager
  • Strong understanding of payment flows, reconciliation, and regulated environments
