Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation and serving of meals, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, and ensure that all food safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of meals according to the menu
• Serve food to students and staff in a friendly and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
• Support the catering team in daily operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a catering or food service role is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• DBS check required
