- Hours are 10am-6pm / 8am-4pm on a rota basis (flexibility required), Friday-Tuesday

My client is a high-end venue in Maidstone known for its exceptional food, service, and welcoming environment. They are looking for a reliable and hard-working Catering Assistant to join their team on an ongoing basis. It’s a fast-paced environment, so you’ll need to thrive under pressure, but you’ll have a strong supportive team by your side.
What you’ll do:
• Support the Head Chef in the preparation and delivery of daily menus
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, and assembling dishes
• Carry out kitchen porter duties – washing up, cleaning surfaces, and keeping the kitchen tidy
• Handle deliveries and stock management
• Clean kitchen equipment and maintain high cleanliness standards
• Help ensure health and safety, hygiene and food safety standards are always followed
