CDM Advisor

Are you a CDM Advisor looking to take the next leap in your career?

Here at Blueprint Recruitment we have an exciting new opportunity for a CDM Advisor to join a well-established client of ours. We are seeking someone with extensive experience and skills within this role. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid role, with a maximum of two days a week in either the clients London or Colchester office. You will also be required to attend regional sites.

Our client is a multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy offering services in architecture, surveying, engineering, planning, interior design, sustainability, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

-Advise and assist with client and project needs.

-Advise clients on project practicality and CDM regulations, managing multiple CDM portfolios.

-Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and guide implementation.

-Coordinate H&S measures for all construction phases.

-Handle administration and communication through appropriate channels.

-Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to meet safety standards.

-Support strategies to maintain project information flow.

Key Requirements:

-Strong knowledge of relevant legislation to the construction industry.

-Qualification in health and safety (NEBOSH construction, TechIOSH etc.).

-Prior experience in CDM.

-Must hold a membership with IMAPS.
