Job Description - Central Services Co-ordinator

Interim Central Services Co-ordinator Opportunity

Location: West Ham Lane, Stratford, E15 4PH
Hours: Full-Time, 35 hours/week, Monday-Friday
Contract: Interim - until September 2025
Working Style: Agile/hybrid - 1-2 days in the office, 3-4 days from home
Closing Date: Friday 13th June 2025 at 12:00pm (midday)

A well-established housing and community services provider is looking for a proactive and professional Central Services Co-ordinator to join their Central Support Services Team. This is a vital position that helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high standards of customer care across estate services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for residents, staff, contractors, and suppliers-handling all queries with a high level of professionalism.

  • Schedule and coordinate estate services based on operational demand.

  • Audit and monitor data quality, ensuring records and systems are up to date and accurate.

  • Support compliance with mandatory training and assist staff in accessing learning resources.

  • Produce service performance reports and highlight any risks or improvement opportunities.

  • Work collaboratively across departments to meet service level agreements and ensure customer satisfaction.

About You:
  • A strong background in office administration or customer service.

  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences.

  • Confident working under pressure, with a proven ability to prioritise and multitask.

  • Proficient in IT systems including MS Excel, Outlook, and CRM platforms.

  • Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team-focused environment.

  • Committed to delivering consistent, high-quality service with attention to detail.

Desirable Attributes:
  • Experience supporting training and development initiatives.

  • Background in housing, estates, facilities, or a related service-based environment.

  • Awareness of safeguarding principles and best practice in customer care.
