Job Description - Centre Assistant - Camberley

Talent Guardian are delighted to announce that we are currently recruiting for a temporary Receptionist from the 4th- 11th July for our client based in Camberley, Surrey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring the cleanliness and maintenance of the Centre and resolving any issues that arise during the day
  • Complete Health and Safety checks, including the weekly fire alarm test (you will be assisting this with another staff member working at the desk with you)
  • Listening to any issues or problems that clients may have and proactively responding
  • Upkeep of communal areas
  • Booking and facilitation of meeting rooms
  • Distribution of client’s post and parcels
  • Completing all copying, scanning and post requirements for clients
  • Monitoring levels of stationery, coffee and vending machine consumables and ordering and restocking as appropriate
  • To maintain confidentiality and always observe the company’s data protection guidelines
What we are looking for:
  • Previous administration or receptionist experience
  • Friendly, approachable with a service-focused mindset
  • Organised with strong time management skills
  • Effective multitasker
