Location: RG17 (Near Hungerford)
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Contract: Ongoing, with potential for permanent placement

About the Role:

Storm Recruitment is currently looking for a reliable and hard-working Cereal Plant Operator for a well-established food production facility in the RG17 area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, growing team in a clean and organized working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery used in cereal production

• Monitoring production lines and ensuring product quality

• Following health and safety procedures at all times

• Completing basic paperwork and data entry

• Keeping your work area clean and tidy

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a factory or production environment (food industry experience is a plus)

• Good attention to detail

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Physically fit and comfortable standing for shifts

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Must have own transport due to location
