About The Company:

My Client, an acquisitive business in the Hotel/ Hospitality sector, is growing rapidly and now looking to recruit a senior finance professional to join them as they continue to grow.

The Role:

We are looking for a CFO to join our client at an exciting point in their growth cycle. The position will be instrumental in securing the future success of the business, you will be an integral member of a dedicated board of professionals and be hands-on in the development of the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy and planning to support growth, acquisitions, and long-term value creation.
• Oversee financial operations and reporting, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strong internal controls across the group.
• Drive investment analysis and deal execution for acquisitions, integrations, and capital projects.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to shape commercial strategy, optimize performance, and enhance shareholder returns.

Desirable Skills:

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Proven M&A expertise with experience leading acquisitions, integrations, and financing.
• Commercial acumen with a deep understanding of hotel/ hospitality (or similar facilities management business) performance drivers.
• Strategic leadership with the ability to influence at board level and partner with investors.
• Resilient, hands-on approach suited to a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
