Change & Transformation Analyst

Daniel John Recruitment are currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Change & Transformation Analyst for an District Council.

This project will be ongoing for an initial 8 weeks with potential to be extended, The Day rate for this role will be between £300 - £350 Umbrella.

The ideal candidate must be available to start no later than Monday 26th May.

Duties will Include -

• Working with service on a full review of multiple processes & Systems including Payroll
• Review current processes and suggest streamlining
• Value stream mapping
• Reviewing currently customer journey identifying issues & wastages
• Prioritising areas of high volume & Cost to ensure largest impact

Skills must haves -

• Previous experience as a business analyst with focus areas on - Mapping, process design and improving financial systems & process including payroll
• Knowledge of LEAN
• Comfortable leading change & Process improvement
• Data Analyst experience - including payroll data, trends and produce actionable insights
• Able to convert technical concepts into actionable recommendations
• Project management experience
• Local Gov experience or Public sector experience
• Knowledge of Project management methods such as Agile or Prince2
