My client is looking for a highly capable Change Manager to step into a critical role supporting a major transformation programme within a leading organisation, undergoing significant digital and operational change.

This is a 6-9 month fixed-term contract to cover a gap left by a secondment to a new project. You'll be joining an experienced and down-to-earth change team, playing a key role in delivering organisational, technological, and process change at scale.

More about the role…

• Delivering and designing end-to-end change management initiatives as part of a multi-year transformation programme
• Leading the change delivery for new digital tools including:
  • A new CRM platform
  • A new Point-of-Sale (POS) system
  • A new customer-facing website (all going live before financial year-end)
• Engaging with stakeholders across all levels
• Assessing change impacts across functions and roles
• Designing and delivering effective communication and engagement strategies
• Supporting organisational change and target operating model development
• Identifying training needs and working alongside a dedicated training team

What you will need…

• Proven experience in change management within a large organisation
• Strong grasp of change methodology (e.g., PROSCI or similar)
• Ability to identify and overcome resistance to change
• Experience with technology rollouts, process redesign, and organisation design
• Capable of both designing and delivering change strategy
• Comfortable working with all levels, from frontline teams to senior leadership
• Experience in construction, logistics, retail or manufacturing sectors is a plus
