We're working in partnership exclusively with one of the leading brands in financial services to hire an Internal Communications Consultant. This is a long term role, partnering with the programme team and working closely with the Employee Communications function to deliver high quality programme comms to the programme team and wider employee audience to inform and increase engagement.

This role is a classic programme communications role - a mix of hands-on and strategic so requires someone who doesn't mind getting stuck in as well as working strategically.

Looking For:

• Experience leading Communications in large transformation programmes impacting thousands of colleagues
• Experience working in a regulated environment is essential and financial services is highly desirable
• Experience working in a large, complex organisation and successfully building relationships across seniority levels
• Recent experience working in a change communications specific role as part of a programme team.
• Understand the sensitivities around restructures
• Ability to be hands-on with the delivery of communications with fantastic writing skills
• Ability to be in London regularly, especially at the start of the contract.
