An established and well-regarded organisation is embarking on a large-scale transformation programme and is looking for a Change Project Manager to support the successful delivery of business change.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you'll act as the bridge between project teams and the business - ensuring the organisation is fully engaged, prepared, and supported throughout the change journey.

• Lead on business change and organisational readiness across transformation initiatives.

• Be the interface between delivery teams and business stakeholders.

• Drive communication, engagement, training, and adoption strategies.

• Work closely with teams to ensure the impact of change is understood and effectively managed.

• Champion the people side of change - ensuring transitions are smooth and supported.

• Proven experience delivering business change in complex environments.

• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and translate project outcomes into real business impact.

• Strong track record in training, engagement, and communication within a change programme.

• Experience in large-scale transformation (ideally across multiple departments or functions).

• A self-starter with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" approach to getting things done.

• Experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g. D365, M365) is a nice to have, not essential.
