My client is a high-profile Insurer who urgently require a Change Manager with previous Insurance industry experience to join a global business-critical programme.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Change Manager within the Insurance industry on a global programme.
• Clear methodology and process (i.e. Prosci) around Change Management
• Proven experience of working on Technology projects
• Ability to easily understand and articulate the rationale behind intended Change and bridge the gap between both IT and business.
• Strong understanding of people impacts awareness.
• ADKAR Model awareness
• Exceptional communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement expertise

• Immediate availability
• Prosci certification
