Our client, a leading Reinsurance Broking company, are recruiting for a Programme Manager with experience in the Reinsurance / Broking sector to work on a large scale transformation programme.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

* Senior 'hands on' change leader with a proven track record in IT software delivery and digital transformation
* Experience in the reinsurance industry, preferably in broking
* Experience working on reinsurance broking platforms ideally OpenTwin
* Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with high degrees of ambiguity.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* An understanding of the importance of excellent customer service and a "can do" attitude.
* Proven leadership and ability to work well in a team environment, including meeting facilitation
* Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
* Effective problem solving skills based on clear reasoning and sound rationale
* Tactful, diplomatic and able to thrive in an ever-changing environment
* Patience and empathy when dealing with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work pro-actively, under pressure and independently with minimal direction
